In order for us to keep a better track on all enquiries, we use a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.

For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

To get started, click on 'Open a new ticket' to create a new enquiry with us. If you have previously submitted an enquiry, you can either log in to view the status if you have created an account on this system or you can request an update link by clicking on 'check ticket status'.

IMPORTANT: We are aware of an issue within this ticketing system that times out new tickets if they are not submitted within 15 mins of clicking 'new ticket'.
If your ticket is going to take time to write out, please note the headings required, type up your response in a word document, then copy and paste it into the ticket.

If you click 'submit' and get sent back to this page without seeing a confirmation screen with a ticket number, your ticket has NOT been submitted. You should also receive an email with the ticket number on.


If you do not receive these, please resubmit your ticket!

We are currently working with OSticket to resolve this bug but do not have a timeframe for this to be fixed.
